Shipping Policy
We are more than excited to help you with shipping and return inquiries. If you would like an update on your shipping, we will gladly provide your tracking number. You will have the ability to remain updated on every process for your order. It is very important to keep in mind that the time frame on shipping is not always in our control considering where the destination of the order is located and where the orders are being held. Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
For all returns, exchanges, and refunds, we provide a 30 day policy. If the time frame exceeds the 30 days, please let us know and we may be able to make exceptions. We want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. We will continue to learn as we grow and if there are any suggestions on how we can be more of service, please let us know.
